We participate with Arrow Benefits Plan aka Redwood Health Services. Concerning all other insurance plans, we submit insurance claims for you as a courtesy.  You will be responsible for the co-payment, which is the difference between our listed fee and your insurance allowance. Please consult with our Front Office Staff regarding any financial information.

We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and debit cards. We don't keep a cash box so if you must pay with cash, we cannot give change.
